The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) was a significant piece of tax legislation that was signed into law on December 22, 2017. The provisions of the TCJA will be sunsetting in 2026, meaning that tax rates will be going back to tax rates of 2017. While 2026 might seem like it’s a way down the road, help your clients get ahead on any tax planning they should consider.
